How to open an account

Step 1

Click on the Register button in the top right corner of the page, and complete the fields:

• A valid email address
• Type and re-type a password
• Provide a valid mobile number

Check the three boxes and Submit.

Step 2

Head to your inbox to verify your email; click the Account Confirmation button in the email, which will redirect you to Exchange Point’s site, where you will be prompted to sign in.

Step 3

You’ll now have to complete the onboarding process and verify your information to proceed

1. Complete your profile: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and full address

Check the boxes to confirm you are neither a Politically Exposed Person nor a resident or citizen of the United States

1. Fill in the suitability questionnaire: this covers your intended use of the account, how much money you plan to put through it, and also what the source of income in
2. Next up is verification: submit a bill or bank statement that matches the address you entered in the first window, and then both sides of your ID or a passport to verify the other information you submitted
3. The fourth window is a progress page; here you can see what is complete and what is pending, allowing you to easily track what may need review or updating later on

You will then unlock the Buy and Sell tabs once your account has been approved, and then you can proceed to fund your account and make your first transaction.
