How to open an account

Step 1

Click the Create Account button and complete the form with the following fields:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Phone number

Choose a password you can remember, re-enter it, and then tick the checkboxes to:

• Confirm you are not a US citizen 
• Accept the Privacy Policy and agree to use of your data
• Confirm that you are 18+ years old, and accept the company’s Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclaimer, AML, CFT and KYC policies

Press the Get Started button to submit your information.

Step 2

Upon successfully creating your account, you’ll be redirected to the Deposit page within your Client Area. Before funding your account, head to the Account Info tab and enter your personal information and complete your profile. You will need to provide:

• A driver’s license, ID or passport number
• Your full residential address 
• Your date of birth
• An alternative phone number (this is optional, but worth adding if you have one)

Step 3

You’ll want to get the process of verifying your account started so that withdrawals are unlocked and caps are lifted. Head to the Documents tab and submit the following:

Proof of identity (passport, or both sides of an ID or driver’s license) showing:

• • First and last name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your photograph
  • Document’s issuing body
  • ID or passport number
  • Document expiry date

• Passports must include MRZ

Proof of payment (both sides of any credit card used to fund your account) showing:

• • First and last name
  • Expiry date of the card
  • Your signature on the strip
  • Last four digits of the card number only

• The first 12 digits of the card number and the CVV must be covered

Proof of residency (a bill or bank statement issued in the last 6 months) showing:

• First and last name
• Your full residential address
• Issue date of the bill or statement
• Issuing body’s logo (utility provider or bank)
• P.O. boxes and e-bills will not be accepted

Step 4

Once your documents are in, head back to the Deposit tab, select the MT4 ID of the account you’ve just created, press Submit, and then proceed to fund your NovusFX account using a credit card

Step 5

Once funded, you’re all set to start trading! Head to the Dashboard and click on Web Trader to launch the NovusFX platform in another tab
